Indications:

1. Nephrotic Syndrome:

• Steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS)
• Frequent relapses/steroid dependency
• Congenital nephrotic syndrome

1. Glomerulonephritis:

• Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN)
• Persistent proteinuria/hematuria

1. Systemic Diseases with Renal Involvement:

• Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with nephritis
• Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) with significant renal symptoms

1. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD):

• Unknown etiology of CKD
• Worsening renal function

1. Congenital/Structural Anomalies:

• Unexplained renal dysfunction or abnormalities
